So we are a few months into show season now and the shows that affect us north west lot are looming close on the calender, we had better start preparing for them.
First up, we have the CumbriaVAG show. Now in its second year after a fantastic show last year, this one promises to be a day not to be missed. A stately home, beautiful grounds full of modded VW’s (both air and water pumpers) and a very laid back family attitude, its a show for all. Oh, and we at Unphased are having a helping hand in this too. 3rd July folks, put it in your diary.
Next show local to us will be the Detailed Summer Bash, back at Awesome GTI on 31st July. Always a very popular show pulling crowds from far away. Unphased / UN/H2O have won best club stand for 3 years running now so we have a trophy to win again this year, hopefully. One of the highlights of the day is the DJ giving out prizes at the end, he never fails to have the entire crowd laughing.
Last local show is VWNW at Tatton Park on 7th August. This is a long running show which attracts a huge crowd of air and water cooled VW enthusiasts. Last year was huge, it was easy to lose yourself for hours wandering round the various club stands and massive auto jumble, again, a show for the whole family.
Oh, and did I mention, Im covering all 3 shows for a well know VW magazine which loves Performance
