Thought i should probably post something Car Related on here……..After seeing the mk5′s coming out of Plush Automotive just recently (Especially Dan’s White TSI) I decided id had enough on ploughing money into the mk4, i began looking for mk5′s. Originally id planned on a well Spec’d up GTTDI in Steel Grey and had plans for Rotiform’s or Alphards. After a good couple of months of searching for the colour and spec i wanted i had still come up with nothing, i then had a change of heart on the wheels as thanks to ”Rotiform Updates on Facebook” im now sick of seeing BLQ’s So started looking for 5′s with Futura’s on, after always loving how Mike6kv’s Mk4 looked on them, I came across Aztec’s build thread on Edition 38 who already had 17×10.5 Futura’s on his. After a few more weeks of browsing with still no luck, i was looking through the classifieds on Edition 38 when i saw Aztec’s car up for sale After a few pm’s and texts, we agreed to meet half way for both of us (a good 2 hour drive) Corley services was the location, it felt just like being on route to edition being sat there waiting for Aztec, It was also Polish wagon driver free this time (Sian;-)) So after viewing the car and finally negotiating a deal the deal was done!
So the car its a 2.0fsi GT (Couldnt get insured on a gti) Plans for now are Us Spec bumper (which is on order) Easystreet Air, headlining retrimmed, Double Din Sat Nav headunit, cruise control and ermmm yeh what ever else i can think of!! Pretty nicely done allready, 17×10.5 Oz Futura’s, Fk Coils, Smoothed Jetta front BBS Ch Dailys. Interior wise its got heated leather, dual zone climate control. Just needs one or two things doing to it to make it “My Car” Expect some “Whoring” with my mk4 at some point soon.
